We believe that Wind Power is pivotal in the future of sustainable energy and with €23 Billion being invested into the Finnish Wind Power Industry, it is truly an exciting time for Intelligent Employment to open an office in Helsinki and contribute to the growth of the industry here in Finland.
However, with so much investment one of the main challenges for Finnish companies will be recruiting and retaining a large enough workforce to support with construction and ongoing operations in a competitive market within a country that has a smaller population than that of London.
